Budu  is an anchovies sauce and one of the best known fermented seafood products in Kelantan, Terengganu in Malaysia. I was born in Kelantan and i like Budu.

How to Enjoy Budu?

1) Some enjoy eating Budu together with cucumber.




The step is easy.. take sliced cucumber. Dip it into Budu and there you Go! 

Grab some rice together with dipped cucumber and crunch! Yummm into your mouth.




2) Some enjoy eating it with boiled egg.. soooooooo  savoury milky yummy smoothy inside the mouth

when you pinch the boiled egg, dip it into budu and "ngap' it with rice.

3) Some will enjoy it with ulam / salads//



4) Another way is we cooked ikan singgan ( turmeric soup of fish) + spicy chilies + Put Budu inisde.
